How reviews work here
The five rules
- Only people who bought the product can review it, and they sign in to do so.
- We read every one ourselves and reply within ten working days.
- Critical reviews get published. We only decline what we cannot legally publish.
- We may trim a review for length or take out personal details before it goes up. We do not change what it says.
- Any review can be taken down on request, no reason needed.
